A schedule built around real life
We run coached CrossFit classes throughout the week, so there is a time that fits whether you are an early riser, a lunch-break trainer, or an after-work athlete. Every class is the same hour of real coaching: a warm-up, the movements of the day taught and scaled, the workout, and a cool-down. You are never just handed a whiteboard and left to it.
Monday to Friday
- 5:00 am CrossFit
- 6:00 am CrossFit
- 9:00 am CrossFit
- 12:00 pm CrossFit

Coached classes from 5am to 6pm.
Saturday
- 9:00 am CrossFit
Start your weekend strong.
Sunday
Closed. Rest, recover, and come back ready Monday.
Personal training and one-on-one sessions are also available anytime by appointment. Class times can change for holidays and events, so reach out if you would like to confirm a time.

Midday, 9am and noon
A relaxed pace with room to ask questions. Popular with flexible schedules and lunch-break athletes.

The biggest, most social classes, with great energy and the easiest place to make friends.

If you are new to CrossFit, the best first step is a free consultation, not just showing up to a class. We will get to know your goals, bring you in through our on-ramp, and then help you choose the class times that fit your week.
Already an experienced athlete or visiting San Clemente? You can jump into classes or drop in. Reach out and we will point you to the right time.
