On-Ramp & Foundations
Our on-ramp is how new members learn CrossFit the right way: the foundational movements, smart scaling, and the confidence to step into any class.
The foundations process
The on-ramp is a guided introduction to CrossFit built for people who are new to it. Rather than dropping you into a full class on day one, we take you through the foundational movements, the lifts, the gymnastics basics, and the conditioning patterns, so you understand them and can perform them safely.
What the on-ramp covers
- A movement assessment so we know your starting point
- Coaching on the foundational lifts and gymnastics basics
- How scaling works, so every future workout fits you
- Safety, breathing, and pacing for CrossFit workouts
- The confidence to walk into any class and belong

From your first day to your first class
It starts with a movement assessment. Your coach sees how you move, then builds your introduction around that. You learn the basics, practice them with real coaching, and gain the confidence that turns nerves into excitement.
By the time you finish the on-ramp, you know the movements, you understand how to scale, and you are ready for your next step: regular classes, surrounded by a community that will welcome you in.
