About Josh Miller
Josh Miller is the owner and head coach of O-SEA CrossFit in San Clemente, California. He is a CrossFit Level 3 Trainer, one of the highest coaching credentials in the sport, and a lifelong competitor who has trained CrossFit since 2012. In 2025 he placed 22nd in the Men's 50-54 division at the CrossFit Games.
Before the gym, Josh spent fifteen years in restaurants: serving, bartending, and managing. He coaches from the same instinct it taught him, which is to read what the person in front of you actually needs and then help them get there.
