Josh Miller

Owner & Coach

Josh is passionate about helping better people’s lives through the tool of fitness. He believes in the health benefits of nutrition and fitness. Josh has seen the positive application to life change by utilizing these simple tools by learning to get through challenges joyfully in order to reach a goal. He is a CrossFit Level 2 coach and has attended the following specialty training seminars; CrossFit Mobility, CrossFit Endurance Running, CrossFit Gymnastics, CrossFit Running (online), CrossFit Anatomy (online), Aerobic Capacity, USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach, Power Monkey Gymnastics as well as a multiple of smaller health and fitness seminars.

Josh believes that the style of fitness he teaches is for anyone and everyone. One of his favorite sayings he has adopted as his own is, “start where you are, use what you have and do what you can”. Then tomorrow you are at a different starting place with more to use and can accomplish more.

Jennie Mann

Coach

Jennie is a local soccer coach who is passionate about helping others reach their potential. She has been using the Crossfit methodology for her training over the past 6 years.  She Is a Crossfit Level 1 Coach with specialty training in Crossfit Masters (online), Crossfit Running (online), Crossfit Anatomy (online), and weightlifting seminars with Sage Burgener. 

 

Jennie has an extensive background in athletics having played soccer all her life, basketball, powerlifting, track, girls flag football, softball, and triathlons.  Jennie played soccer at Purdue University while obtaining her electrical engineering degree.  She is also an Ironman triathlete. In High School, she was the National Powerlifting Champion in her weight class.  Through these experiences she has gained confidence, discipline and work ethic, and she hopes to pass that on to the next generation of young female athletes.
